Job description

Job Requirements

The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving new construction ("green field") project pursuits and cultivating strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors. This role combines technical expertise, strategic sales engagement, and project pursuit management to position the company's solutions effectively within the construction market.


This is a base salaried position, and also includes eligibility for a variable sales bonus.


Work Experience
  • Prior experience with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors and /or Mechanical Contractors
  • Technical aptitude (some technical education preferred but not required)
  • Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and/or Mechanical Contractors
  • Understanding and sensitive to customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to manage time to schedules and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
