Job Type: Regular Work Location: Client Support Center - Southlake, TX 76092 Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Communications Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement through clear, consistent messaging and execution. In this role, you'll lead communication efforts, including creating monthly guides, hot sheets, field notifications, and executive-level insights. You'll work closely with analytics teams on reporting, manage social media platforms, and support field engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in retail or sales management, expertise in Google Workspace & AI platform skills (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gemini, etc.), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% across U.S. markets. Pay: $80k - $85k annual salary, paid weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Location: Remote What We Offer

Job Description:
  • Collaborate with account teams to gather insights and create cohesive presentations that align with client objectives
  • Utilize graphic design skills to enhance the visual impact of presentations, ensuring consistency in branding, style, and tone across all presentations
  • Incorporate program data and KPIs into presentations to support strategic narratives
  • Provide input on presentation content to ensure alignment with organizational and client goals
  • Evaluate communication effectiveness regularly, analyzing feedback and refining strategies to maximize engagement and program impact
  • Presentations include:
  • Bi-Weekly and Monthly Reporting
  • QBR/YBR Reviews
  • Quarterly Newsletters
  • Various Ad-Hoc Requests from Clients as Needed
  • Review, analyze, and produce executive-ready competitive insights
  • Weekly reporting formatting (in partnership with the analytics team)
  • Field engagement surveys
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business or Communications degree with Data Analytics experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of business, retail, or sales management experience required
  • Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem solve
  • Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
  • Ability to manage by P&L standards across the entire business unit
  • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
