ARW Home is seeking Case Managers to join our claims team. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls related to First Notice of Loss and claim status updates, serving as a key point of contact for our customers throughout their claims journey.

The Claims Department is open Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm. A schedule will be assigned for a 40 hour work week based on the business needs:

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Providing the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Explaining contract coverage and claim decisions.
  • Taking inbound calls and recording First Notice of Loss and Claims Status Updates.
  • Retain and build customer loyalty by providing a professional, courteous, and a positive experience to each customer.
  • Questions and investigates discrepancies on repairs and related costs
  • Provide accurate and relevant information as it pertains to the customer’s claim inquiries.
  • Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively show active and empathic listening during challenging customer calls.
  • Collect and document the details of each call in our systems.
  • Follow all related procedures through the life cycle of the claim.
  • Adhere to the Key Performance Indicators that will capture your success.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate well with customers, vendors, teammates, and all employees throughout the organization.

Qualifications to be successful:

  • At least 6 months Call Center or Customer Service experience is a must.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Talent for multitasking as you will be typing while talking to customers.
  • Must type at least 30 wpm at 90% accuracy
  • Proficient with computers, strong keying skills. (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability for problem-solving and handling objections,
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Claims experience a big plus.
