Overview

As Haus Labs continues to expand across global retail markets, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director, Channel Marketing to lead the development and execution of retailer and channel marketing strategies across North America and APAC. This leader will drive growth, consumer acquisition, and brand impact across key retail partners, with a primary focus on Sephora and other strategic retail channels.

The Executive Director will oversee regional channel marketing strategy, ensuring differentiated approaches by market while maintaining consistency with global brand positioning and storytelling. This role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Influencer, Creative, Finance, and regional teams to ensure channel programs support product launches, drive retail performance, and strengthen Haus Labs' presence in key global markets.

What You'll Do

The Executive Director, Channel Marketing, will lead the strategic vision and execution of channel marketing initiatives across North America and APAC. This leader will play a critical role in shaping retailer marketing strategy, driving omnichannel marketing programs, strengthening retailer partnerships, and supporting the successful launch and scaling of Haus Labs products globally.  Ownership of the budget and ensuring fiscal responsibility is a must.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in prestige beauty retail, strong Sephora partnership expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing programs that drive both brand awareness and commercial performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with deep expertise in channel or retail marketing within beauty or consumer brands.
  • Significant experience working with Sephora (preferred) and other open-sell, prestige beauty retail environments.
  • Must have strong leadership ability with experience in managing and working with people from cross-functional departments - dynamic, flexible, positive attitude
  • Proven success leading large-scale product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to inform marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to drive change through strong negotiation skills
