What You'll Do

You'll own and evolve channel strategy across the U.S.-ensuring Wahl shows up strong, consistent, and competitive wherever our products are sold. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owns channel specific strategies and execution for assigned channel in alignment with global product and brand direction.
  • Manage assortment planning, SKU optimization, and channelspecific portfolio recommendations.
  • Maintain channel readiness standards, ensuring content, tools, and training materials are in place for launches.
  • Manage launch execution with crossfunctional partners to ensure ontime, highquality activation.
  • Support development and maintenance of channel playbooks and selling tools.
  • Ensure launch execution adheres to defined standards and timelines.
  • Build channel pricing ladders and support margin integrity. Track pricing compliance, MAP adherence, and margin performance for assigned channel.
  • Align promotions to channel economics and shopper behavior
  • Analyze sellin, sellthrough, and POS data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for Senior Manager and Director review.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support executional needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for channelspecific questions, data, and execution issues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutionoriented team culture.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in channel management or category management with direct experience in trimmers, clippers and/or styling tools within the human or animal care categories.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization to inform, influence and inspire.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret POS and performance data.
  • Understanding of retail, eCommerce, or professional/B2B channel dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced commercial environment.
