The Senior Channel Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the management and optimization of a network of channel partners. This role will focus on developing and executing channel strategies, fostering relationships with key partners, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The Senior Channel Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create solutions that drive value for both partners and the business.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with company sales and growth objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to create plans that maximize partner engagement, sales enablement, and market penetration.
  • Partner Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key channel partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner inquiries and issues, ensuring consistent communication and problem-solving.
  • Sales Performance Management:
    Manage and drive the performance of assigned partners by establishing sales targets, tracking KPIs, and ensuring accountability. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and set new goals.
  • Training and Enablement:
    Develop and deliver training programs to ensure channel partners are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to sell and support the company's products and services effectively.
  • Market Expansion:
    Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach and market presence. Evaluate potential partners and manage the partner onboarding process.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to align on go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and campaigns. Ensure a seamless partner experience and support in execution.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback:
    Collect feedback from channel partners to provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to refine strategies and offer more effective solutions to partners.

Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular reports on channel performance, including sales metrics, growth targets, partner engagement, and pipeline health. Use data to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI on channel investments
Qualifications
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 10 years' related experience, including at least 5 years' managerial experience.?
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in developing and executing sales programs and go-to-market strategies.
    • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its products/services.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) and other sales tools.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $68,291 - $102,436
