Job Summary

Directs the sales & marketing functions for all MPS Channel activities

Job Duties

  • Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies and programs alongside utility channel partner corporate & regional teams to support MPS regional & local sales efforts. Tracks said strategies with partners.
  • Assess current and potential market avenues and develop targeted positioning, branding or messaging for various channels
  • Identify & Implement partner marketing campaigns alongside marketing team for maximum market growth with key channel distributors
  • Align auxiliary market sales leaders, processes, and strategy to the overall GTM strategy for MPS growth
  • Identify key players in the market alongside sales leaders and guide in establishing specific Key Account Plans to support their growth with MPS Products
  • Establish sales quotas and track performance against expectations, ensuring that established revenue goals are met
  • Assesses acquisition companies for integration success, makes recommendations for sales integration channel to market & implements agreed upon integration activities within the overall sales organization
  • Work closely with Customer Service & the Production Facility to ensure highest level of service is being met, utilizing KPIs for reporting purposes
  • Provide sales forecasts for use in strategic planning
  • May oversee sales support, sales administration or sales engineering functions
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in utility or similar market
  • Contribute to strategic planning, direction and goal setting for the previous responsible markets in collaboration with senior management
  • Establish departmental policies, practices and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization
