Develop scalable performance frameworks, forecasting processes, and operational metrics that provide visibility and accountability. Drive strategies that improve partner engagement, optimize channel investments, and expand access to large enterprise opportunities through coordinated direct and indirect selling motions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to align go-to-market priorities and deliver an integrated partner experience. Champion strategic account planning initiatives that leverage the channel ecosystem to penetrate targeted enterprise accounts and pursue large-scale growth opportunities. Support the development of scalable processes that simplify partner engagement and accelerate revenue generation.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop a high-performing global team of channel leaders and partner managers. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while representing the channel organization internally and externally. Create strong alignment between direct sales and partner-led motions, ensuring both contribute effectively to Octave's long-term growth strategy.

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and cloud GTM motions.
• Experience leading large global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence at the C-suite level-both internally and with partners. Proven global negotiation skills for with channel providers and end customers where deals might move between the channel and direct.
