Ganahl Lumber has been serving customers since 1884. Our Will Call department processes 75-100 orders daily, and we're looking for a Will Call Manager to lead the team and ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Job Summary:
The Will Call Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately. The role involves managing the team, solving customer issues, and improving performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Will Call team.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train staff to improve service.
- Collaborate with other departments for smoother operations.
- Keep the Will Call area organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or warehouse settings.
