Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Will Call Associate to support branch operations by preparing and staging customer orders, assisting with pickups, and delivering excellent service. This role works closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, stage, and prepare will call orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Greet customers, process transactions, and assist with order pickup and loading
  • Maintain and update orders in ERP system, including invoicing and payments
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and backorders
  • Support counter sales and handle returns, as needed
  • Maintain organized will call areas and assist with general warehouse duties
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook; ERP experience a plus)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • HVAC or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
