Job description

Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates located on the upper East Side of Manhattan is interviewing for a Call Center Representative for our busy OB-GYN Practice. This is a work from home position until it is appropriate to return to the call center.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Assist Patients with any inquiries and requests.
  • Scheduling Patient appointments at multiple locations.
  • Collecting, reviewing and updating patient demographics.
  • Communicating required information to Patients.
