Job description

Who We Are

At Seaside Plumbing, we're not just fixing plumbing-we're restoring peace, uplifting lives, and raising the standard of what service in the trades looks like.

We believe:

  • Service should feel human, not transactional
  • Customers should feel heard, cared for, and taken seriously
  • Leadership should be present, supportive, and accountable
  • And a career here can be something you're proud of-not just something you do

We've built a company where people grow, customers trust us, and the bar is set high.

Let's Be Clear (Read This First)

This is not for everyone.

This is not just a support role.
This is not sitting back and observing.

This is a high-performance leadership role where:

  • Coaching matters
  • Accountability matters
  • Execution matters

You will be in the middle of the action-supporting the team, driving performance, and stepping into leadership.

If you're not ready to lead, give feedback, and take ownership of results-this is not the place for you.

We are where the best come to become elite-and this is a pathway into leadership.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Call Center Manager at Seaside, you will:

  • Support and coach Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers
  • Assist with daily call center and dispatch operations
  • Help ensure the schedule is full and optimized daily
  • Monitor call quality and provide real-time feedback
  • Reinforce call scripts and booking processes
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members
  • Track and support team performance (booking %, call quality, etc.)
  • Step in as acting manager when needed
  • Communicate expectations and connect performance to results

What Success Looks Like Here

  • The team is booking efficiently and performing at a high level
  • Calls are handled with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
  • Coaching leads to measurable improvement
  • The schedule stays full and optimized
  • Team members feel supported and challenged
  • You take ownership of team performance-not just your own

What Makes This Role Different

This is not just a call center role.

We invest heavily in:

  • Leadership development
  • Coaching and performance systems
  • Creating strong, confident teams

You won't just support a team here-
You'll help lead one and grow into full leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe great people deserve to be taken care of.

  • Competitive pay: $25-27/hour (based on experience and performance)
  • 100% paid health, dental, and vision (for you AND your family)
  • $15,000 company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • Profit sharing
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Gym membership
  • Ongoing leadership and professional development

Very few companies offer what we offer. We mean that.

Who This Is For

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in call center, dispatch, or customer service environments
  • Enjoy coaching and helping others improve
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Want to grow into a leadership role

Who This Is NOT For

This is NOT a fit if you:

  • Avoid giving feedback or holding others accountable
  • Struggle in fast-paced environments
  • Prefer working independently without team responsibility
  • Lack urgency or follow-through
  • Want a low-pressure role

Final Word

There are easier roles out there.

But if you're looking for:

  • Growth
  • Leadership opportunity
  • A team that actually cares
  • And a clear path to the next level

This might be it.

If you're ready to step into leadership and make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
