We’re growing—and looking for someone who’s organized, reliable, and great with people to join our team at our bright office in Scarborough.

Why This Role is a Great Opportunity

This isn’t just a customer service job.

You’ll work closely with our Sales team, learn how deals move from start to finish, and gain real exposure to sales operations inside a growing tech business.

If you’re looking to build a career (not just take calls), this is a strong entry point.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Support the Sales team with admin tasks (account updates, follow-ups, documentation)
  • Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Work with Sales and Operations to keep everything running smoothly
  • Assist with reports, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
  • Spot ways to improve processes and customer experience

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in call centre customer service role(s)
  • Strong communication skills (clear, professional, friendly)
  • Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping people
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable using systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Strong technical and IT skills

What You’ll Get
  • Hands-on training and ongoing support
  • Real exposure to sales operations and business processes
  • A team that’s collaborative, supportive, and growing
  • Opportunity to develop new skills and grow your career
  • Pay is $20/Hour that will increase to $22 after probation
