Immediate openings, apply today! Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 DOE Shift: 8:30 Am and 7:30 Am Start Time Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Wednesday's Off) Saturdays Required

Will-Call Associate Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and prepare orders for customer pick-up, verifying the completeness and accuracy of each order.
  • Ensure that all orders meet the expected standards of quality and service before release.
  • Provide outstanding service to will-call customers by warmly greeting them, confirming order details promptly, and professionally addressing any questions or issues.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through periodic audits and adjustments.
  • Keep meticulous records of all will-call transactions, including details of customers, specifics of orders, and confirmation of pickups.
  • Ensure documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the plumbing industry preferred
  • Strong customer service skills – high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
  • Background check and drug screen prior to start date.
