Call Center Representative
Pay: $400/wk + commission
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
About the Role
We are seeking Call Center Representatives to assist customers with travel-related questions, scheduling needs, and reservation support. This is an in-office position with paid training provided, steady hours, and a team-focused work environment.
This position is a good fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys helping people, and can stay professional and organized while handling customer conversations.
What You'll Do
  • Handle customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with travel service questions and reservation details
  • Review information accurately and communicate next steps clearly
  • Follow call scripts, service guidelines, and internal procedures
  • Enter notes and customer updates into the system
  • Help keep the customer experience smooth, clear, and positive
  • Work with the internal team to support daily call center operations
