Overnight Call Center Rep
Location: Eden Prairie (Minnesota)
Join a 24/7 operations team supporting shipment tracking and logistics for thousands of customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume overnight role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in structured, team environments.
Schedule

  • Training (5 weeks): Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Post-training: Primarily overnight shifts (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM), including weekends
  • Candidates should expect to remain on night shift for ~1 year
  • Pay: $21.50/hr
Responsibilities
  • Track shipments, create and manage orders, and update load information
  • Respond to customer and carrier inquiries (primarily email and phone)
  • Follow SOPs to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Monitor inboxes and task queues in a high-volume environment
  • Document updates and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work overnight/weekend shifts
Preferred:
  • Logistics, call center, or dispatch experience (retail, hospitality, food & beverage industries ok)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
