We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Call Center Representative at our San Jose Corporate Office.
As a Call Center Representative, your major responsibilities will include:
  • Provide compassionate guidance to help our members enhance their financial well-being.
  • Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; answer questions about products and services; resolve problems that are within authority to resolve such as review deposits made through remote delivery channels for release of funds; refer problems that are beyond authority to supervisor, along with recommendations.
  • Assist members with all transactions, including opening accounts, loan payments, cash advances, and payments by phone in a timely manner while providing compassionate, courteous and accurate service.
  • Provide technical support for all inquiries associated with current and future online services (i.e online banking, bill payment).
  • Research and resolve plastic card problems. Review transactions and fraud alerts.
Our ideal candidate will have at least six months to two years of similar or related experience. Exceptional customer service skills are required, as well as excellent listening and telephone skills. Outstanding verbal communication skills required. A professional appearance and demeanor are required. Prior experience working in a credit union or bank strongly preferred.
Pay Range: $24.25/hour - $30.25/hour; based on skills and experience.
