About the Role

Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across Paydex. You will analyze business performance, optimize internal processes, and collaborate with leadership to scale operations globally. This role requires experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Analytics, SQL dashboards, and Slack to manage workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.
