Operations Division I – Legal Staffing Delivery

Operations Manager responsible for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, intake specialists, litigation support, demand writers, and medical records teams. KPIs include client retention, utilization, productivity, SLA compliance, error rates, and client satisfaction.

Recruiting / Head Hunting Division
