What the position entails: As a member of the Electronics Cooling Business (ECB) team, the Business Operations Manager will play a key role in executing customer programs and supporting the build-out of Brazeway's electronics cooling capability. This role is central to the transition from prototype builds to structured, repeatable low-volume production, ensuring coordination across teams and enabling successful delivery in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.

Major Responsibilities:

Own overall program execution including schedule, priorities, and deliverables for flow loop and related assemblies

Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams

Translate customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedules

Coordinate production activities across assembly, testing, and outsourced operations

Track WIP, throughput, and build status to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery

Monitor availability of key outsourced components (e.g., cold plates, bent tubes) and escalate supply risks

Support transition of key processes from outsourced to in-house (e.g., tube bending, cold plates)

Ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements

Coordinate issue tracking and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams

Support implementation of basic production planning, traceability, and change management discipline

Coordinate logistics, material flow, and shipment readiness to meet customer commitments

Track key program metrics including on-time delivery, build efficiency, and rework

Actively supports and manages within Brazeway's mission, vision, Code of Conduct and Process Based Leadership guidelines.

Actively supports our 5S + Safety programs.

What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field

5+ years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing, or related roles

Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production

Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficient with MS Office products

Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong commitment to collaborative and innovative team environment

Experience in thermal systems, heat transfer, or manufacturing environments is a plus
