At CVS Health, our retail business is a critical part of our Enterprise portfolio, it's where and how consumers interact with us on a daily basis.The Price& Value team is responsible for all retail pricing and promotions,a key componentof the customer experience.

AstheManagerofPrice & Value Business Operations &Strategy,youwillberesponsibleforfacilitatingthe successful operationofinitiatives across the Price& Value portfolio,witha focus onsupporting centralized strategyandroadmapdevelopment,managementandstorytelling. You will playan important rolein the managementand executionof the Price &Valueteamoperationsandcommunications.
Youwillalsoassistindevelopingandfacilitatingroutines to evaluate and actionagainstmilestonesandkey performance metrics.You will report to the LeadDirector and togetherwillprovideregularreporting and insights into seniormanagement,highlightingprogress,opportunity areas,and strategic recommendations.

Thisrole:

  • Drives robust Price & Value strategy forward through storytelling,roadmapping, KPI development and measurement
  • Designs orparticipatesinthe design of robust and scalable processes and methodologies to enhance project and process management effectiveness.
  • Develops relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment throughout the project and process management lifecycle.

  • Advises the leadership team on best practices, industry standards, and organization-specificrequirements for project and process management.

Essential Qualifications and Functions:

  • 5+ years' experience in business strategy, consulting, project management, or equivalent experience

  • Travel- Up to 10%,for team-in office collaborationtovisitourphysical stores to deeply understand how the customer or colleagues experience our loyalty programs, based on needs of the business

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
