About the Role

AWC Indeed is seeking a detail oriented Business Operations Assistant to support daily operational and administrative functions within the department. This role plays a critical part in improving efficiency by managing recurring operational tasks, supporting billing accuracy, and coordinating internal follow ups. By handling these responsibilities, this position enables leadership to focus on strategic priorities, production planning, fleet utilization, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain weekly operational reports to support business performance tracking
  • Process rental billing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Support lease to own billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Coordinate day to day rental activities including internal communication and tracking
  • Follow up with sales team on accruals and purchase order status to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to operational and billing activities
  • Assist with identifying process improvement opportunities within operations and reporting
  • Support cross functional communication between operations, sales, and accounting teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Familiarity with ERP or field service management systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills with ability to follow up and coordinate across teams
