Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients solve business challenges through technology solutions.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic relationships throughout Louisville and surrounding markets. You will work closely with prospective clients, existing customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver customized technology solutions that support client success.

This role goes beyond traditional sales activity. You will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, helping them understand available technology solutions while building long-term partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, creating opportunities, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of a locally owned technology company.

This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) based in Louisville, Kentucky. Regular local travel for client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and business development activities is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.

Client Engagement: Meet with prospective customers to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

Sales Process Management: Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities throughout the sales cycle.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, vendors, referral partners, and community organizations.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with internal and external resources to support marketing, branding, and business development initiatives.

Revenue Growth: Achieve established sales and business development goals while supporting the long-term growth of the organization.

Collaboration: Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and expectations.

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated success in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or related roles.
