Job Title: Business Development Consultant 2

Job Description

The primary role of the Business Development Consultant 2 is to lead the development and implementation of services provided by the Customer Care/Cat Connect organization, aligning with clients' strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to senior business leaders on the overall Customer Care strategy development and implementation of client requirements.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on Customer Care and Cat Connect that advocates the company's key offerings and anticipates clients' objectives.

Essential Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field is required.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Instructional Design Certificate with at least four years of relevant work experience is acceptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or Instructional Design preferred.
  • Internships directly related to Instructional Design are accepted as job experience.
  • Comparable roles include Instructional Design, Curriculum Designer, ISD, Education Designer, Training Designer, and Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist.
