The Organizational Development consultant is a strategic partner responsible for leading high-level facilitation and driving impactful solutions at the organizational level. This role leverages data to measure success, advance our Leader Led Culture system, and ensure our work aligns seamlessly with client needs through collaboration and innovation. With a proactive mindset, this position navigates complex challenges, offering thoughtful insights and taking decisive action to deliver results efficiently. This person is an expert in group process facilitation with a proven ability to gain executive buy-in in the training room and consultative conversations. By combining strategic thinking with practical execution, this role ensures sustainable, lasting impact for clients and their organizational culture.

  • Partner with executive teams to define organizational core values and leadership capabilities, facilitating candid discussions, challenging assumptions when needed, and driving alignment around next steps.
  • Implement feedback from client evaluations to continuously improve facilitation quality and participant satisfaction
  • Facilitate with excellence, maintaining control of the room while fostering open dialogue, collaboration, and reflection
  • Push clients to explore deeper insights and make meaningful changes by challenging assumptions and guiding action-oriented discussions

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years working in a client focused, professional services business preferred
  • Experience in a leadership position and/or highly fluent in leadership and organizational development
  • Proven facilitation skills
  • Expert level fluency with all Microsoft products

  • Bachelor's degree required
Time Requirements
  • Minimum of 40 hours

Compensation:
  • $100,000 - $115,000 Annual salary
