Business Development/Sales RepIntroduction:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales Rep to drive new business growth in staffing, both onshore and offshore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, particularly in the areas of call center, back office support, and helpdesk services. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing our offshore 24x7 development center to cater to the needs of our USA clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the areas of staffing, call center, and helpdesk support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and projects
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business development team
