Our AI-powered SaaS platform brings recruiters and job seekers together in a collaborative hiring ecosystem. In addition to creating professional, AI-generated resumes, our platform enables recruiters and candidates to work together throughout the hiring process in ways that traditional ATS, CRM, and resume tools simply don't support.

We're an early-stage company looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who wants more than just another sales job. If you're excited about selling innovative technology, building relationships, and helping shape the future of a startup, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business by selling our SaaS platform to recruiting firms, staffing agencies, executive search firms, and talent acquisition organizations.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and your existing industry relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of our AI-powered recruiting platform.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships that lead to renewals and referrals.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders to provide market feedback and help shape future product development.
  • Help establish sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we grow.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience selling SaaS or software solutions.
  • Experience selling into the recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition industry.
  • Former recruiter, staffing professional, or business development professional with an existing industry network is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently from home.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build a company—not just work for one.
