Pay: $70,000 year 1 on target earnings
$40K base + commission for completed appointments

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job description:

  1. Drive high-volume outbound prospecting, making 100–150 sales calls per day to new prospective customers through a combination of qualified leads and self-generated prospects.
  2. Generate and achieve 60 sales presentation appointments per month, partnering closely with Sales Consultants to move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
  3. Deliver 15 new customer wins per month from self-generated prospects while consistently working toward individual and team sales targets.
  4. Maintain an organized prospect pipeline and execute daily outreach plans using a CRM, accurately documenting calls, outcomes, notes, and customer information.
  5. Bring a high-energy, competitive, self-starting sales mentality with a strong desire to earn incentives, build relationships, continuously improve your sales approach, and grow your career.
