AmanaCare is seeking an exceptional leader to launch and grow our Omaha presence as Director

of Operations. This is not a typical office management position. We are looking for a

relationship-builder, community connector, and growth-minded leader who is excited to develop

referral partnerships, build a team, and help establish AmanaCare as Omaha's most trusted

provider of non-medical home care services.


AmanaCare is a faith-based home care company serving families across Nebraska. Our mission

is simple: to provide exceptional care while honoring God through service, integrity,

compassion, and excellence.


What You'll Do


This position combines operational leadership with significant business development

responsibilities. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to building and growing the

Omaha territory through referral development, networking, community outreach, and strategic

partnerships


Business Development Responsibilities

  • Develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
  • Represent AmanaCare at networking events, community functions, and healthcare meetings.
  • Execute a territory growth plan for Omaha and surrounding communities.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and sources of client referrals.
  • Build brand awareness and market presence throughout the region.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for seniors and their families.

Operations and Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead daily branch operations.
  • Supervise and develop branch team members.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Support caregiver recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational performance.
  • Monitor branch goals, KPIs, and growth initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, service, and excellence.
