Strive Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy, addressing issues related to mental health and substance use, while consistently maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to case discussions and planning to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Assess and analyze clients’ progress through ongoing evaluations, modifying treatment strategies as needed based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.
  • Implement therapeutic activities that may include group therapy, recreational activities, and wellness workshops that promote engagement and community connectedness.
  • Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies to reinforce skills within the client’s everyday life.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
