RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of deal integration, separation, and value-realization strategies.
  • Advise clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and post-transaction initiatives.
  • Establish the strategic direction and delivery approach for multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Develop business cases, operating models, implementation roadmaps, and value-creation plans.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Build, manage, and expand trusted relationships with executive-level clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities and lead business development efforts, including securing new engagements and project extensions.
  • Develop innovative ideas, methodologies, and solutions that contribute to organizational thought leadership.
  • Evaluate complex business challenges from multiple perspectives and guide teams toward practical, commercially sound solutions.
  • Balance long-term strategy with immediate priorities, detailed analysis, and broader organizational objectives.
  • Promote the effective use of technology and identify opportunities for people and technology to work more effectively together.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while building a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
  • Work across functional and geographic teams to leverage collective expertise and deliver stronger client outcomes.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, technical, quality, and independence standards across all engagements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least nine years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, deal integration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex deal integration, separation, or value-realization engagements.
  • Experience establishing a strategic vision and leading large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from planning through implementation.
  • Broad functional knowledge spanning areas such as finance, information technology, human resources, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business development experience, including identifying opportunities, securing new engagements, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver significant, measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing professionals.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively in written presentations and executive-level discussions.
