Job description

What You'll Do 

The Director, Enterprise Performance plays a highly strategic, enterprise-facing role at Strive, helping leaders translate priorities into measurable outcomes and coordinated execution. This role sits at the center of how Strive tracks performance, drives accountability, and advances major transformation initiatives by delivering clear, intuitive reporting; synthesizing insights into action; and supporting the operating rhythms that keep executive leaders aligned. Partnering closely with leaders across Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, this person helps shape enterprise goals, strengthen decision-making, improve follow-through, and ensure the organization is focused on the work that matters most to Strive's mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants broad visibility across the business, direct partnership with senior leaders, and the chance to influence how Strive measures success, sets strategy, and delivers meaningful impact at scale. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Operations. 

The Day to Day 

  • Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive's performance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.  
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive's leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals. 
  • Synthesize progress and performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve executive decision-making, accountability, and follow-through. 
  • Partner with executive leaders to drive enterprise coordination across major workstreams while preserving accountability for functional decisions and execution. 
  • Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive's priority and strategy setting. 
  • Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive's enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. 
  • Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on change management planning and implementation to help the organization absorb and execute major transformations effectively. 
  • Support development and distribution of enterprise-wide communication on behalf of Strive's President (Monthly Momentum, Operating Committee, All Striver) and manage strategic initiative submission pipeline from front-line staff ie: Ideas Inbox management in partnership with internal comms team 
  • Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive's mission and priorities. 
  • Work with business owners to identify and validate value, performance, and goals for new projects and investments. 
  • Drive preparation for key executive meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, decisions, and next steps are clear and coordinated. 
  • In partnership with Strive's Finance leaders, own Strive's monthly reporting to the Board of Directors and support Quarterly Board Meeting prep. 
  • Meetin personwith internaland/orexternal stakeholders tofacilitateteam and businesspriorities/opportunities. Business travel may berequiredfor opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant fields. 
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.  
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions. 
  • 5+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above. 
  • 5+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives. 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms. 
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value-Based Care.  
  • Management Consulting experience.

Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $163,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 25%
