  • A college degree from a 4-year college
  • Typically, 5-10 years external learning and development consulting / training or instructional design experience
  • Advanced level experience in instructional design principles and best practices
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions that combine instructor-led, digital, social, experiential, and performance support approaches
  • Superior business/technical writing and editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skillsโ€™
  • Strong project management and data analytics skills
  • Significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization, particularly senior leaders at large organizations
  • Passion for collaborating and supporting internal and client team members
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data, learner insights, and business metrics to inform solution design and measure impact
  • Comfort working alongside technical teams and advising clients on practical applications of AI, automation, analytics, and digital learning ecosystems

Itโ€™s beneficial if you have professional certification (PMP, CLP, CPLP, CHRP) related to project management, change management, learning, or human resource management โ€“ as well as experience in the following:
