Job Overview
We're hiring an Organisation Development Consultant for our Octave team. The Organisation Development Consultant plays a critical role in shaping leadership, culture, and organisational capability across the assigned territory. Reporting into the Global OD team, this role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Learning & Development teams to deliver integrated OD and talent solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional leaders and HR on the delivery of OD and talent strategies that drive business performance and cultural alignment.
  • Implement and embed enterprise OD frameworks covering leadership development, team effectiveness, and organisational change.
  • Facilitate the delivery of Talent Management, Leadership and performance management training, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate technical and non-technical talent development activities to support workforce capability and mobility.
  • Use talent and organisational data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and inform forward-looking deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams to deliver leadership development programs and team interventions that build capability and readiness for change
  • Coach and upskill HR and people leaders to effectively deliver global Talent Management, OD, and performance processes.
  • Champion the OD organisation culture by promoting systems thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a regional advocate for global OD initiatives, ensuring strategies are effectively embedded and adapted to regional priorities and cultural contexts.
  • Foster employee advocacy and brand ambassadorship to strengthen engagement and organisational identity.

Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years' experience in organisational development, talent management, or related HR disciplines within a complex or global organisation.
  • Proven success designing and delivering OD, leadership, and change interventions at scale.
  • Strong consulting, world class facilitation , and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience partnering across HR, L&D, and business functions to align strategies and deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Analytical and data-driven, demonstrating sound judgement in translating insights into action.
  • Hands on, common sense approach.
