IT Staffing Business Development Consultant
About the Opportunity

National Computer Systems is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Business Development Consultant to help expand our client base and strategic partnerships across the United States.
This opportunity is ideal for IT staffing business-development professionals, senior technology leaders, consultants, architects, and industry professionals who have strong business relationships and the ability to create meaningful client opportunities.
This is a flexible, remote, performance-based opportunity focused on client acquisition—not candidate recruiting.
Areas of Contribution

Depending on their experience and professional relationships, selected candidates may contribute in one or more of the following areas:
  • Develop new direct-client IT staffing and consulting opportunities
  • Build relationships with enterprise clients, MSP/VMS programs, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators
  • Facilitate introductions to executives, procurement leaders, vendor managers, IT leaders, and hiring managers
  • Support vendor empanelment, strategic partnerships, and client onboarding
  • Coordinate with NCS leadership and recruiting teams to convert opportunities into successful business relationships
Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in IT staffing, workforce solutions, technology consulting, enterprise sales, vendor management, or senior technology leadership
  • Strong professional relationships within the technology or staffing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clients, partnerships, or vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Compensation

This opportunity will begin as an independent contractor engagement with a competitive, performance-based commission structure and no fixed salary.
Strong performers may be considered for a monthly retainer or an expanded long-term opportunity based on results. Final engagement terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
