Overview

The K-12 Business Development Leader is responsible for cultivating relationships with school districts while contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of educational facilities. This seller–doer role combines business development with hands‑on design work to support Parkhill’s growth in Education. This is a full‑time position paid bi‑weekly on a salary basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with15offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new K-12 project opportunities
  • Provide design and technical support for educational facility projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in K-12 facility design
  • Minimum 3 years of architectural experience
  • Strong client‑facing and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience leading proposals or client presentations is a plus
  • Existing relationships with school districts are preferred
