5 Day Work Week! (Closed Sundays, alternating Saturdays. Get a weekday off when a Saturday is worked!)

Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Inbound and outbound call follow up
Schedule sales appointments
Make outbound calls from multiple sources of fresh opportunities
Assist customers in scheduling sales appointments to meet with sales representatives
What We are Looking for:
Dealership Experience in BDC, Sales or Service Appointment Setting Preferred
Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
Candidates with the ability to utilize word tracks
Experience using CRM
Experience in Appointment Setting
Candidates who can increase the appointments set/show rate
Strong phone sales skills in outbound calling
Good computer skills, ability to text and email
Candidates who are enthusiastic and high energy
Candidates who are punctual, reliable, and motivated
Candidates who are coachable with a positive attitude
Team player who strives to meet and exceed team and individual goals
Dealer Socket software experience is a Plus
