Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to internet sales leads by phone, text message, and email
  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs and wants in a vehicle purchase
  • Books appointments based on customer wants, inventory, and sales associate's availability
    Maintain and build customer relationships through thorough follow- up
  • Expected to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day
  • Cultivate a strong, working relationship between the Sales and BDC Departments
  • Train sales staff in the proper usage of the CRM
    Monitor conversion rates and ensure we're at, or above, industry standards
  • Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Automotive experience a plus
  • Must be self driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and news in the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
