Job description

Laramie Auto Center is growing and looking to add a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling inbound internet and phone customers, and earning commission through performance.

Automotive experience is not required — we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.


Compensation & Benefits
  • $3,000/month guaranteed base salary

  • Commission paid on appointments, shows, and/or sales (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads

  • Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression

  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

  • Follow up consistently with prospective buyers

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

  • Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants


Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
