THE PAY:

You'll enjoy a guaranteed income with uncapped earning potential through our pay structure, earning $50,000 – $150,000 annually based on performance. Our draw-against-earnings system ensures that you always receive a minimum guaranteed income each month. When your earnings exceed the draw, you take home the extra. It's a structure designed to reward your effort, consistency, and success!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an Automotive Salesperson - Auto Sales Rep, you'll bring enthusiasm and expertise to every customer interaction. You'll guide clients through every step-from introduction to final sale-creating an experience that feels personal, professional, and enjoyable. You'll stay on top of leads using our CRM, follow up via email, and help customers find vehicles that truly fit their lifestyle. What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferably in car sales, but experience selling luxury goods like watches or shoes also applies)

  • Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude
