Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consultative buying experience by helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead follow-up, and customer referrals.
  • Create outstanding customer experiences that drive high CSI scores and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Leverage effective follow-up practices to generate repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Stay current on vehicle features, inventory availability, manufacturer incentives, and emerging market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to a high-performing dealership culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role; automotive experience is a plus.
