Schedule: Rotating Shifts | Monday-Saturday 8am-9pm

Our Chapman Ford location in Scottsdale is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact through delivery while building trust, creating strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right vehicle
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
  • Educate customers on warranties, financing options, and the purchase process
  • Manage the sales process from the initial contact through vehicle delivery
  • Assist customers with completing sales and financing documentation
  • Respond to online and phone inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent customer follow-up
  • Stay current on inventory, vehicle features, and automotive technology

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of automotive sales experience required
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
