Support the execution of automotive electronics programs by contributing to project planning, progress tracking, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
The role focuses on enabling efficient project execution and decision-making through structured reporting, risk visibility, and alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Tracking
  • Maintain project trackers and support alignment with scope, schedule, and deliverables
  • Monitor progress vs. milestones and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across project data and status

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare dashboards, status summaries, and trend analyses
  • Consolidate inputs into clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders
  • Support preparation of materials for project and customer reviews

Data Analysis & Decision Support
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and risks
  • Support structured problem-solving and scenario evaluation
  • Translate data into insights that support project decisions

Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work with engineering, operations, quality, and program teams
  • Track interdependencies and follow up on open actions

Execution & Readiness Monitoring

Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to electronics (electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automotive engineering) or Business for the duration of the internship.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work onsite and full time during the summer and part time during the academic year
  • Sophomore standing or higher
  • Working knowledge of Excel for basic data analysis and structured datasets
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and reporting tools to support presentations and insights
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools (academic or hands-on experience)
  • Interest in or introductory experience with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot or automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
