YOUR HOURS:

Shifts vary, but we offer a mix of 9 am -6 pm and 12 pm - close shifts throughout the week, plus full-day Saturdays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT:

You spend your day welcoming customers and guiding them through every step of the buying process. With each interaction, you build trust by listening carefully to their needs, budget, and lifestyle. You showcase vehicles through engaging presentations and exciting test drives, turning interest into confidence. While achieving sales goals, you keep the focus on transparency and customer satisfaction, creating seamless experiences that encourage repeat and referral business. Along the way, you leverage our CRM and digital tools, collaborating with your sales and finance teammates to deliver world-class results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME OUR AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT:

  • Valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience

Although not required, proficiency with VinSolutions, bilingual language abilities, and experience working at a high-volume car dealership are preferred.
