Southwest Toyota - Lawton, OK, 73505
Southwest Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Build strong rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred not required
