Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Previous Automotive Dealership Sales Management Experience Required.  Hyundai Preferred 
  • Aggressive and Motivated Leader with Passion for Success, Customer Service, Training and Opportunity 
  • Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
  • Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
  • Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
  • Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives 
  • Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team 
  • Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved 
  • Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve 
  • Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
