About the Role:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop strong client relationships and provide tailored product solutions that align with customers' needs and expectations. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while contributing to the dealership's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to develop a loyal clientele.

  • Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.

  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop expertise in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies.

  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.

  • Follow-Up: Maintain contact with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.

  • Sales Excellence: Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, consistently achieving sales targets.

  • Ethical Conduct: Conduct all business activities in an ethical and professional manner.

  • Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.

Compensation & Pay Plans:

We offer three flexible pay plans that you can choose from when starting:

  • Salaried Pay Plan: A stable, fixed salary for consistent income.

  • Draw/Commission Pay Plan: A more performance-based plan where your earnings are tied to your sales success.

  • Protected Salary Pay Plan: Available during your probationary period, this plan provides guaranteed income while you transition into the role.
