Job Summary
Lamoille Valley Ford is currently looking for a driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. Working independently as an individual contributor, this role will be responsible for helping customers find their perfect vehicle and delivering an industry-leading customer experience. The Automotive Sales Professional is an entry- level opportunity with base pay plus commission and has the potential for commission-based success without a capping.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full- time position with a base salary and uncapped commission earning potential. We also offer a full suite of benefits from medical to 401(k).


Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of new and used cars, trucks, and other automotive vehicles
- Establish and manage customer relationships with complete dedication to customer satisfaction
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, building relationships, and understanding customer needs
- Prepare sales and marketing materials and respond to inquiries from customers
- Follow established processes for closing vehicle sales
- Prepare and deliver paperwork associated with the sale
- Remain up to date with Ford Motor Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
