Job description

We're seeking a used car sales representative who is passionate about sharing our high-quality automotive models' key features! Our ideal candidate has experience working in a vehicle sales showroom, dealership, or similar retail sales environment. You bring experience with negotiation scenarios, and you make customer satisfaction a priority while meeting sales goals. You should navigate the dealership floor with professionalism and confidence. You set your sights on test drives, and driving automotive sales! We'll reward your excellent work with bonus incentives and other dealership perks. $75,500 including commission


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence
  • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
  • Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions
  • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
  • Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital
  • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary
  • Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management
  • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred
