As a valuable member of our Sales Team, you will help drive sales growth and nurture business relationships with present and future customers!

What You Will Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle

• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic

• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person

• Seek customer referrals

• Deliver a great customer experience

• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

What We Seek:

• Sales Experience from ANY Industry!

• Career-Oriented individuals seeking long-term employment

• Auto Sales experience is a PLUS but not required!

• Ford Auto Sales Experience/Product Knowledge is a PLUS but not required

• Strong sales skills and follow-up skills

• Great Customer Service skills

• Professional demeanor, outgoing, friendly, good people skills, able to build rapport w/ customers

• Good Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good Computer skills

• Social Media skills are a Plus

• Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance, professional/business attire, professional demeanor

• Must be Reliable, Punctual, and Motivated

• Must be a Team Player

• Bilingual Skills are a PLUS
