We are currently looking for a motivated member to join our Business Development Center. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career as a BDC representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you!

  • Strong computer and CRM skills
  • Ability to learn and work within dealership systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
