Buckeye Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Superstore is part of Mahalak Auto Group, a successful family-owned and operated dealership group since 1966, with a great number of existing, long-term employees. We are looking to add an outgoing and friendly BDC Representative to work in our Dealership's Business Development Center to answer potential customers' questions about vehicle prices, availability, etc., and to schedule appointments for them to meet with our dealership's sales team.
Ideal applicants will be well-spoken and courteous to ensure a positive impression is made on our current and potential customers. You do not have to close any sales!

Responsibilities - BDC Representative:
  • Communicate effectively with Internet customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, email, or in person.
  • Follow the BDC process for making phone calls and setting appointments.
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately and professionally.
  • Deliver messages intended for other departments promptly and communicate clearly.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Participate in phone campaigns like calling customers who have not been in for over a year
  • Project an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Establish individual sales and profit objectives
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements
  • Automotive BDC or Sales experience is a plus!
  • Customer service, telephone/call center experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
