Join Our Team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative!
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice and connector for our customers. In this role, you’ll focus on assisting our sales department by engaging with potential buyers, answering questions about vehicles, and ensuring a smooth process from first contact to showroom visit. As well as working seamlessly with our service department to schedule appointments for in-shop maintenance, pick-up and delivery and mobile service! 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Greeting customers warmly and making them feel valued, whether by phone, email, text, or in person
  • Inbound and outbound calls scheduling service visits
  • Scheduling sales appointments and test drives to support our sales team
  • Following up with leads to keep customers engaged and informed throughout the buying process
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Staying up to date on our latest vehicles, specials, and promotions so you can provide expert guidance
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly, professional communicator with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable making and receiving calls, emails, and texts in a high-volume environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in the auto industry, sales support, or call center is a plus
